Due to the volume of downloads for the free version of MetaSlider, we have had to limit support to functional issues with MetaSlider. We no longer cover custom modification requests or issues that have been introduced through the use of a custom theme. Please check out the trouble shooting guide and the FAQ.

For free support please use the WordPress.org support forums for MetaSlider. Please bear in mind that we provide this support completely free of charge, and our response times can vary.
