The headline addition is image protection. When enabled, it adds deterrents such as blocking right-click actions and drag-saving on protected gallery images, helping reduce casual image copying from the lightbox experience.
As with any web-based image protection, this is best understood as a deterrent rather than a guarantee. It can help stop common save actions, but it cannot prevent screenshots or determined copying.
Cleaner gallery and autoplay settings
This update also reorganizes the Pro settings screen so related options are easier to find. The autoplay settings now use clearer labels, including “Autoplay Slide Interval” and “Autoplay Progress Bar Color,” making it more obvious which controls work together.
The Autoplay Progress Bar Color field also behaves more naturally when no color has been selected. Instead of appearing as white, an unset value now displays as blank or transparent, which better reflects the actual setting state.

- Safer base plugin requirement: MetaSlider Gallery Pro now requires MetaSlider Gallery 2.32.1 or newer, following a caption XSS fix in the base plugin.
- Translation updates: Locale files have been refreshed across supported languages.
- Release workflow updates: AI translation updates are now included in the release process for more consistent language maintenance.

This release updates the minimum required base MetaSlider Gallery version to 2.32.1. If you maintain client sites or deployment workflows, make sure the free/base Gallery plugin is updated before rolling out MetaSlider Gallery Pro 1.3.0.
