We’ve just released version 2.0 of the MetaSlider Lightbox plugin.
This is a completely new direction and upgrade for the plugin.
Previously, the plugin simply connected MetaSlider slideshows to other lightbox plugins.
Now, MetaSlider Lightbox offers a complete lightbox solution for WordPress. You don’t need any other plugins.
This plugin is completely free and you can use the plugin to turn any slideshow into a full-screen display. This screenshot gives a preview of how the lightbox will appear. You have the option to show the thumbnail navigation, which you can see below the main image.
The plugin can also add a lightbox effect to any image, gallery, or video in your WordPress posts.
You can use MetaSlider Lightbox to show many kinds of media inside a modal window, including images, galleries, videos, YouTube videos, and Vimeo videos. And of course, it integrates with MetaSlider slideshows. This screenshot shows the lightbox together with a MetaSlider image slideshow.
As you can see, this version of the plugin comes with a thumbnail navigation so your visitors can browse through all the options in your gallery or slideshow.
