Yes, you’re free to install MetaSlider Pro on as many development sites as you need to. The site license limit counts against live sites only.
We do not use the licenses to block features, so all features of MetaSlider Pro will work correctly on your development sites.
We strongly encourage the use of development and staging sites and are happy to do whatever is needed to support their use.
