We are happy to provide full refunds for MetaSlider customers. This applies to both new purchases and subscription renewals.
There are two requirements for refunds:
- Refund requests must be within 30 days of the original purchase or the subscription renewal.
- To request a refund, log in to MetaSlider.com and open a support ticket. Please do not send requests by email or social media, because it is easy for those requests to be missed.
If you are a new customer and think you will need more than 30 days to test the plugin, please let us know when you make the purchase.
