What Is Your Refund / Cancellation Policy?

We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. Below is the MetaSlider refund policy.


How to qualify for a refund #

There are two criteria for all refunds:

  1. Ask for support: Before granting a refund, we ask for the opportunity to resolve any issues for you. Please open a support ticket and be prepared to work with our team to try and solve problems.
  2. Send your request within 30 days of payment: Refund requests must be within 30 days of the original purchase or the subscription renewal.

To request a refund, please follow these two steps:

  1. Log in to MetaSlider.com.
  2. Open a support ticket.

Extra notes on refunds #

  • If you are a new customer and think you will need more than 30 days to test the plugin, please let us know when you make the purchase.
  • We ask that you do not send refund requests by email or social media, because it is easy for those requests to be missed.
  • Here’s a guide to canceling your account. That will stop the auto-renew on your account. Please note that canceling your account is a different process. That will not automatically send a refund. For a refund, please open a support ticket.
