How to Add Animations to Layer Slides

When you’re using the Layer Slides feature in MetaSlider, it is possible to add animation to layers on your slides. Please check these guidelines when using animation.

  • Select the Layer. A white dashed border will appear around the selected layer. In this screenshot below, I’ve selected the “Sunsets Around The World” heading.
  • Use the “Animation” options in the middle role of the toolbar. In this example, the “Sunsets Around The World” heading will wait 3 seconds and then use the “fadein” animation. It will then wait 5 seconds and use the “rotateOut” animation.
  • To save the animation, click the “Save” button located at the top of the Layer Editor.
Adding animation to an element on a Layer Editor slide

Every layer can have an entrance and exit animation. In the screenshot below, I’m selecting the entrance animation.

Entrance animation in Layer Slides

Here’s a demonstration of animation on the Layer Slides feature. Here details on the animation on each slide:

  • The airplane slide uses “rotateIn”.
  • The coffee slide uses “fadeInUp” and “fadeInDown”.
  • The crafts slide uses “lightSpeedIn”.

In all these cases, the animation is added directly to the main text we want readers to see. We highlight most important content and animation does not repeat.
