We are able to provide refunds for MetaSlider purchases that follow the criteria on this page. We do reserve the right to deny refunds for any reason.
Refunds for new purchases #
For new purchases, here are the steps:
- If you are having an issue with the plugin, open a support ticket and talk with our support team. If the problem can’t be resolved, then move to the refund request.
- Check the date: refund requests must be within 30 days of the original purchase.
- After completing the first two steps, request a refund by logging in to MetaSlider.com and opening a support ticket.
Refunds for renewals #
For subscription renewals, here are the details:
- We send you reminder emails 2 weeks before all renewals.
- Refund requests must be within 30 days of the subscription renewal.
- To request a refund, please open a support ticket.
- You will be sent a refund, minus 10% for payment processor fees.
Notes on refunds #
- If you are a new customer and think you will need more than 30 days to test the plugin, please let us know when you make the purchase.
- We ask that you do not send refund requests by email, social media, or other routes because it is easy for those requests to be missed.
- Canceling your subscription is different from a requesting a refund. Canceling indicates “I do not want auto renew enabled on my account” and does not indicate “I want a refund”.
- Here’s a guide to canceling your account. That will stop the auto-renew on your account. Please note that canceling your account is a different process. That will not automatically send a refund. For a refund, please open a support ticket.
